Shooting, with some snazzy new weapons, is still the primary focus of the game, but with all of the tasks and puzzles to get through, you'll have to use your brain as well as your trigger finger to get by. It is in this way, that Perfect Dark, pays the ultimate respect to GoldenEye. Rare took so many steps to differentiate this game from its three year old predecessor, but the one thing that is consistent over both games, is the extraordinary depth and rich gameplay. | A First Person Shooter based on the first few seasons of the television show where the boys have to discover the secret behind a mysterious meteor that crashed into South Park, creating a bevy of strange things to happen to the town, such as mutant turkeys and killer toys, all while fighting with farting doll grenades, dodge balls, a device that turns enemies into random creatures, and other weird and wacky weapons. Featuring all of the original voices from the television show, and the same engine as the wildly successful TUROK N64 series, this game lacked in design and weak story from Acclaim. |
