| Robopon is like Hudson's attempt to create a Robot themed Pokemon type game, but although similar in some aspects to Pokemon, Robopon is a entirely different and perhaps original game, as I'm unsure of their co-development or if the 2 are even related at all. Unlike Pokemon Robopon's have Software, Upgrades, Cpu's, Parts, etc and Robopon come in types ARM, Move, Boot, etc.
This original game was mostly over looked do to the popularity of the Pokemon Series for GameBoy and Gameboy Color however later on Robopon became much more popular with it's 2 enhanced GBA titles. |
