The game lacks a license from either a professional football league or a players association, so players and teams are generic. | This simplified version of baseball was one of the NES' launch titles in North America. Though it lacks an official license from any real baseball league and therefore features no real team names (just letters, all the teams play identically), uniform colors are meant to represent Major League Baseball franchises (in the Japanese version, they're meant to represent teams in Nippon Professional Baseball's Central League). The gameplay is very basic, consisting mostly of pitching and batting, with most field play being automated by the computer. Players need to adjust position before bouncing the ball away. Home run may be scored randomly. Fouls are present here, no speech however. Game is for NES & FamiCom, but only NES version is legible. |

| Get ready for ragged edge racing against 16 of America's hardest charging drivers, including the speed burning master - Bill Elliot!
Inches from the wall you'll need awesome driving and shifting skills, as you scream around the fastest tracks on the NASCAR Circuit in a stock car so real you can feel it in your fingers. Choose from authentic super speedways like Daytona and Talladega, or wild and twisty road courses like Watkins Glen. There's plenty of spin-outs and pit stops, and even 200 mph duels for the pole position!
So Shift! Brake! And Accelerate! And don't forget your high speed strategies, drafting down the straightaways, sling-shotting out in the turns and finding the groove for the checkered championship!
For 1 player only. Coming spring 1990. [1989 Konami pamphlet]

| This arcade-style game never made it to the United States, supposedly due to Nintendo of America's censorship rules regarding religious imagery, but was released in Japan and Europe. As the dragon Tamagon, you must "attack the Devil's World" while avoiding (or defeating) various enemies and obstacles. The Devil hinders your progress by changing the direction the screen is moving, putting you at risk of being crushed or encountering an enemy. Some levels are cleared by collecting all dots on screen (which can only be achieved while holding a cross) or by collecting all four Bibles and returning them to the seal in the middle of the level. Also includes a simultaneous two-player co-op mode. |

terrible enemy.
to fight against him
was the destiny and
fate of
the double dragons.
one day, shadow warriors attacked the city and billy's girlfriend , marian, was killed.
the double dragons swore to avenge her death!
|
|
| From the very start you encounter enemies that can and will kill you, Right at the beginning of the game, and that tribulation of difficulty continues through most of the game even in later parts when you think you are leveled up it's is never enough for the Double Moon. it takes some getting use to and don't write it off as a normal Dragon Warrior Clone, it's not. You pick what class of warrior to play from the start if you play as a character who has magic like the Paladin when on the world map your magic regenerates as you walk but this doesn't work for caves or dungeons, and you don't learn magic from leveling up later on you buy spells in tomes and have to use them as items to learn the spell depending on your characters class, like Final Fantasy. A very unique RPG to say the least. |

| this is a port of the Mega Drive Game known as F1 Hero MD,However The North American and European versions of the Mega Drive/Genesis game are known as Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge in honor of the Ferrari brand of racing vehicles. This is a simplified version that allows players to practice up to six laps or qualify for every Formula One race of the season, it uses kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour, the top speed of the vehicle is 220mph or 355kph and turbo is not used. Tire wear is an issue, a radio keeps you in touch with the Pit Chief, who will notify you if pitting is necessary. It was developed by System 3 and published by Acclaim in North America and Europe under the name Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge and under the name Ferrari(フェラーリ?)in Japan by Coconuts. It is one of the few 8-bit Formula One video games to more adequately represent the 1990 Formula One season. Not to be confused with the Japan Famicom Cartridge Game "Nakajima Satoru - F-1 Hero" that is known in North America as "Michael Andretti's World Grand Prix", this is not F-1 Hero, it's F1 Hero MD "Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge".. |

| Hokuto no Ken literally translates as 'Fist of the North Star" meaning that although Hokuto no Ken 2 - Seikimatsu Kyuuseishu Densetsu came out in the United States as Fist of the North Star, Hokuto no Ken is actually the first game in the series of Fist of the North Star games. However in Japan it is marketed as just "Hokuto no Ken' were they do also sell "Hokuto no Ken 2" as "Fist of the North Star" the Japan version of which is much harder to beat than the American "Fist Of the North Star", that is not this game. |

Other than that, this is a pretty standard slots game, with three machines to choose from: Cutie Bunny, Juicy Fruits, and Las Vegas. |

| It is kind of like an Arkanoid game with Mahjong Tiles, though there is a little more to the game than just that it is a Paddle game that was released in Japan. Originally on the Arcade it was intended as Adult Only, as the game rewarded players for successfully clearing certain stages by presenting them with drawings of partially clothed women but removed adult content from it's later Famicom release, which is this game. |

Using a variety of weapons, Link will have to battle enemies and transverse the massive kingdom of Hyrule to find secret underground dungeons where monsters guard the seven pieces of the shattered Triforce. Along his way Link will find assistance from wise old men and women hiding in caves. He'll have to find rupees to buy items and upgrades for his weapons (or he could just try his luck at earning rupees through the "Money Making Game"). Once Link has reassembled the Triforce, he will have to enter Death Mountain and take on Ganon for the fate of Princess Zelda and Hyrule. |

| In Menace Beach, your girlfriend has been kidnapped by Devil Dan and it's up to you to rescue her! You'll run into ninjas and other various foes along the way who want to ensure you never reach your destination.
After the developer, Color Dreams, changed its name to Wisdom Tree and began producing unlicensed Christian-themed video games, Menace Beach was retooled into Sunday Funday. The enemies were changed (new bosses include a fat lady and an Elvis impersonator) and the plot was altered so that now, instead of rescuing your increasingly scantily clad girlfriend, you're trying to make it to church. |

| This port features faithful recreations of the original mazes and gameplay. Play as Ms. Pac-Man and avoid the four ghosts Blinky, Inky, Pinky, and Sue. Turn the tables when you eat one of the Power Pellets and temporarily gain the ability to devour your pursuers! Catch the bouncing fruit for bonus points, and eat all the dots on screen to advance to the next level. Namco's version is identical to Tengen's release, which was not authorized by Nintendo. |

| Recca is regarded as the most intense, hardest shooter on Famicom. It also pushes the system to its very limits with multiple sprites on screen at once and little to no slowdowns, allowing for smooth bullet hell action on an 8-bit console. Combat relentless swarms of enemies and vicious bosses in normal mode or try to achieve highest score in score and time attack modes. This game was made specifically for Summer Carnival '92 competition, thus being a very rare and expensive collector's item. Recca was re-released for Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in 2013. |

| In this North American sequel to the classic Super Mario Bros., Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Peach venture across twenty levels of the magical kingdom of Sub-Con to rescue its kidnapped inhabitants and defeat the evil usurper king Wart. SMB2 (originally an unrelated Famicom Disk System game titled Doki Doki Panic in Japan but retooled as a Mario game for its US release) was the first American game to establish that Luigi has a higher jump than his brother and that Peach can float using her dress, both of which would become defining characteristics in later titles. It also introduced a whole new cast of enemies to the Mario universe, including now-regulars like Shyguys, Bob-ombs, and Birdo. |

| A sleeping spell has been cast on Princess Zelda, and it's up to Link to remove it by assembling a variety of magical crystals. These crystals are hidden in palaces scattered throughout the vast land of Hyrule, and making matters more difficult, Link is being pursued by former minions of Ganon, who want to resurrect their fallen leader by killing Link and sprinkling his blood over Ganon's ashes. As part of his quest, Link must visit villages and learn magic spells. This game marked a huge departure from the first Zelda--rather than being an adventure game with a "top-down" perspective, Zelda II combines a "top-down" overworld map with platforming levels and RPG elements. Often considered the "black sheep" of the Zelda series. |
